Facing structuring and working methods evolution and the emergence of tools demanding the use of new skills, it is essential that assistants can assert and reinforce their employability or get back into the employment quickly training themselves throughout their career in order to better cope with the challenges and evolution of the profession, to be adaptable and be in line with the changes, to be reactive, to be efficient and operational without delay. In order for you to optimise your skills and boost your career, we offer you a activity plan  :

Conferences to get trained and informed on different professional topics such as communication, organization, skill management, labour law, career boosting, personal development, decision-making, Human Resources, event coordinating…. The conferences are conducted by professionals recognized in their area of expertise.

Computing sessions are dedicated to learning and practicing softwares commonly used in our job (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, …) but also the new technologies (Internet, web 2 & 3, collaborative platform, project management, social networks,…). The program includes theory and practical exercises that allow you to learn and improve your skills.

English workshops beginners and advanced levels – to learn practice or keep up with foreign languages. The sessions cover various topics: revision of basic grammar and vocabulary, reading comprehension, oral expression, discussing and reading, role play. They are language learning and developing workshops or conversation workshops.

VAE workshops A support program to guide you throughout the process until the preparation of the oral contest in front of the jury. A methodology and follow-up to improve your chances of validating the degree you have choosen .

Exceptional events (“summer days”, CAP's anniversary, open house events, cultural outings, exhibitions…) are organized to foster friendly spirit and professionalism. They are meetings that give us the opportunity to get to know each other better and improve the quality of our exchanges and share experiences within the network.

The registrations are mandatory and must be provided to us 1 week prior to the date of the event in order to arrange the logistics in due time .

You are not member
You can participate to our events for an entrance fee of 20€ (it is deducted from the amount of the membership fee if you become a member in the following month).
You only need to fill in the registration form and send it by postal mail along with your payment. Only when acknowledging both registration form and cheque before the date of the event, your membership will be validated [to download the registration form]


Failure to attend
We appeal to your kindness, respect and sense of courtesy towards our partners who welcome us and professionals who take their time to prepare the content of the conferences and workshops. Therefore we ask you to inform us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your participation so we can avoid « no show".
